HNI Tip Adapter, Red

The HNI (heater-needle interface) is a precision-machined replaceable insert that sits inside the HTS handpiece heating element. It provides a centered through-hole for the dispensing needle and transfers heat to the needle tip. HNI adapters are color-coded by inner diameter to identify compatibility with different needle sizes. This red variant has a 0.6 mm through-hole and a 2.5 mm snout extension. The HNI is a consumable component designed for periodic replacement. This is the standard HNI included in HTS Gen 2 system kits.
